Hon. Abbas Uba Saraki Kachako was born on 15th March 1984 in Kachako Town, Takai Local Government Area of Kano State, Nigeria, into a large and respected family.
Over the years, he has built a career defined by discipline, leadership, entrepreneurship, and community service. From his early years in Kachako to his professional journey in national service and business leadership, Hon. Abbas has remained committed to creating opportunities and supporting community development.
Hon. Abbas began his early education at Kachako LIP Primary School, where he studied from 1989 to 1995. He proceeded to Government Junior Secondary School, Kachako, completing his junior secondary education between 1995 and 1998, and later attended Government College Birnin Kudu (GCBK) from 1998 to 2001.
In pursuit of higher education and professional development, he obtained a Diploma in Accounting and Auditing from Bayero University Kano (BUK) in 2004. He further earned an Advanced Diploma in Banking and Finance from Kano State Polytechnic in 2007.
Continuing his academic journey, he obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Banking and Finance in 2013 and another HND in Public Administration in 2019, both from Kano State Polytechnic.
He later earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management from Institut Supérieur Bilingue Libre du Togo in 2022.
Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Public Private Partnership (PPP) at the Malaysia University of Science and Technology, where he is at the thesis stage.
In June 2007, Hon. Abbas was recruited into the Department of State Services (DSS) where he served the nation with dedication and professionalism for many years.
His career in the security service exposed him to leadership, discipline, national responsibility, and community engagement. Through this experience, he developed a deep understanding of public service and the importance of responsible leadership.
After nearly two decades of service, he voluntarily resigned from the DSS in 2025 to focus on broader opportunities for leadership, entrepreneurship, and community development.
Hon. Abbas is the Group Chairman of IMKASH Group, a diversified Nigerian enterprise focused on manpower services, security solutions, mobility services, and social development.
The IMKASH Group was incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2020, after which several subsidiaries were established to provide specialized services across multiple sectors.
